Export recent Ultimate Member signups (last 7 / 30 / 90 days or custom range)

Need a list of members who joined recently — for onboarding, welcome campaigns, or a monthly board report? Both Free and Pro can filter Ultimate Member users by registration date and export them to CSV (Pro can also use Excel).

How to export recent signups

Free

  1. Go to Ultimate Member → Export.
  2. Step 1 → Registration Date:
    • Last 7 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • Last 90 Days
    • Custom Range → set From / To dates
  3. Optional: set Account status = Approved, or a specific role.
  4. Step 2: select columns (e.g. ID, Email, Name, Username, Registered Date, Role).
  5. Step 3: Download CSV.

Pro

  1. Go to UM Export → Export.
  2. Step 1 → Basics → Registration date → Last 7 / 30 / 90 days or Custom Range.
  3. Optional: add WooCommerce / FluentCRM / custom field rules.
  4. Step 2: choose columns; preview first 25 rows.
  5. Step 3: Download now as CSV or Excel, or queue a background export / schedule.

Example: last 30 days approved members

  1. Registration = Last 30 Days
  2. Account status = Approved
  3. Columns: Email, Name, Role, Registered Date
  4. Export CSV (or Excel on Pro)

Tips

  • Use Custom Range for a specific campaign week or fiscal month.
  • On Free, if the match count exceeds 2,000, narrow the range or upgrade to Pro.
  • On Pro, save as a preset (e.g. “Weekly new signups”) and schedule an email every week.
