Need a list of members who joined recently — for onboarding, welcome campaigns, or a monthly board report? Both Free and Pro can filter Ultimate Member users by registration date and export them to CSV (Pro can also use Excel).
Free vs Pro
| Capability | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Registration filters: last 7 / 30 / 90 days + custom range | Yes | Yes |
| Combine with role / account status | Yes | Yes |
| CSV export | Yes (max 2,000 rows) | Yes (unlimited) |
| Excel (.xlsx), background export, schedules | No | Yes |
Free is enough for this workflow on sites under ~2,000 matching signups.
