Can I export Ultimate Member users to Excel (XLSX)?
Yes — the Individual plan and above includes XLSX export. The file is generated without any external library, opens correctly in Excel and Google Sheets, and column headers use your actual UM field labels rather than database key names.
How do I export Ultimate Member users with WooCommerce order data?
On the Agency plan, the plugin enriches every exported user row with their WooCommerce data: total orders, lifetime value, last order date, active subscriptions, and billing country. You can also filter the export itself — for example, only users with at least 3 orders or who purchased a specific product.
Can I schedule automatic exports of Ultimate Member users?
Yes. Professional and Agency plans include scheduled exports. Set a daily or weekly schedule, choose your format, and the file is delivered automatically to email recipients or pushed to a webhook URL — no manual action required.
What happens if my site has 50,000+ Ultimate Member users?
Large exports run as background jobs using Action Scheduler — the same infrastructure WooCommerce uses for order processing. Your browser doesn’t need to stay open, there’s no PHP timeout risk, and you get a live progress card and email notification when the export completes.
Can I export only new or updated users since my last export?
Yes — this is called delta export and is available on the Professional and Agency plans. It tracks profile changes and sends only users who registered or updated their profile since the previous export run. Ideal for daily CRM syncs where re-exporting your full list is wasteful.
Does this work with custom Ultimate Member profile fields?
Yes, this is the plugin’s primary strength. All custom fields you’ve added to UM forms appear in the column picker with their actual form labels. Select/radio/checkbox fields are decoded from stored keys to readable option labels — so you get “Membership Level: Gold” instead of “membership_level: 3”.
What’s the difference between the free and Pro versions?
The free version (on WordPress.org) handles CSV export, role/status filtering, column selection, drag-to-reorder, and up to 3 saved presets. Does it require any other plugins besides Ultimate Member?
The only hard requirement is Ultimate Member (free or Pro). WooCommerce and FluentCRM features activate automatically when those plugins are installed — but they’re optional. Background processing uses Action Scheduler, which ships bundled with WooCommerce or can be installed standalone.
