**Ultimate Member Form Entries** solves a gap in Ultimate Member itself: UM stores the *current* member profile in `wp_usermeta`, not the submission. When someone edits a field, the previous value is gone. Failed registrations leave no useful trail. See how UM stores data in the [Ultimate Member database guide](https://www.userelements.com/ultimate-member-database/).

Ultimate Member Form Entries keeps a separate, searchable record of what was submitted so you can review members, compare changes and export your data.

## What’s in version 1.0.0

Initial release of **Ultimate Member Form Entries** (4 August 2026): registration and profile capture with field diffs, failed-validation logging, review queue with UM approve/reject, streaming CSV export, retention and anonymization, and WordPress privacy-tool integration.

## See exactly what changed

When a member updates their profile, Ultimate Member Form Entries stores eligible field values and shows old and new values side by side. Related updates can appear as numbered revisions in one member case, with a timeline and private admin notes.

## Manage your review queue

Use focused views in Ultimate Member Form Entries to find unread, starred, validation-failed, unassigned, overdue and decision-ready entries. Assign reviewers and due dates, then approve or reject through Ultimate Member — with reasons and optional legal hold.

- **Filtered views** — Jump straight to the entries that need attention.
- **UM decisions** — Approve or reject members without leaving the review workflow; decisions call Ultimate Member status APIs.
- **Consent context** — Keep consent text, version hash and timestamp with checkbox fields.

## Export, retain and stay privacy-aware

Export filtered results to CSV for audits or offline review. Configure global and per-form retention, anonymize expired records, and connect to WordPress’s personal-data exporter and eraser for GDPR-style requests. For bulk user export with UM field labels, pair with [Export Users for Ultimate Member](https://www.userelements.com/ultimate-member-export/).

**Passwords stay out.** Ultimate Member Form Entries excludes recognized password and secret fields from stock capture, including nested values.

## Common questions

### Does Ultimate Member store form submission history?

No. Ultimate Member stores the current member profile in `wp_usermeta`, not the submission itself. Ultimate Member Form Entries keeps a separate searchable record of what was submitted — including failed registrations — with field-level diffs and review tools. Read more in the [Ultimate Member database guide](https://www.userelements.com/ultimate-member-database/).

### Does Ultimate Member Form Entries store passwords?

No. Ultimate Member Form Entries excludes password fields by key, type and pattern, including nested payloads. Recognized secret fields are also excluded from stock capture.

### Where is submission data stored?

Ultimate Member Form Entries stores data in custom tables: `wp_umfe_entries`, `wp_umfe_entry_meta` and `wp_umfe_entry_events`. Tables use the `umfe_` prefix so Ultimate Member uninstall cannot drop them.

### Can I export Ultimate Member form entries to CSV?

Yes. Ultimate Member Form Entries includes streaming CSV export that follows your current list filters — form, source, date range and search. For admin-side bulk user export with field mapping, use [Export Users for Ultimate Member](https://www.userelements.com/ultimate-member-export/).

### Does it work with GDPR and WordPress privacy tools?

Yes. Ultimate Member Form Entries connects to WordPress personal-data exporter and eraser hooks, supports per-form retention with delete or anonymize, legal hold exclusions, and optional IP, user agent and referer capture toggles.

### Can I see what changed when a member updates their profile?

Yes. Ultimate Member Form Entries stores eligible field values on profile updates and shows before-and-after diffs. Related updates can appear as numbered revisions in one member case with a timeline and admin notes.

### Does it capture failed registrations?

Yes. Ultimate Member Form Entries logs failed validation attempts. Each stored field carries its own error message so reviewers can see what the visitor submitted and why validation failed.

### Does approve/reject bypass Ultimate Member?

No. Ultimate Member Form Entries calls Ultimate Member status APIs for approve and reject decisions so emails, account status and session handling stay native to Ultimate Member.

### What happens to entries after retention expires?

Ultimate Member Form Entries supports global and per-form retention policies. Expired records can be deleted or anonymized. Entries under legal hold are excluded from automatic cleanup.

### Does it work with Member Submissions?

Yes, optionally. When the Member Submissions extension is active, Ultimate Member Form Entries can log its front-end submission content too. Form Entries works with or without Member Submissions installed.

### Is Ultimate Member Form Entries a one-time or subscription licence?

Ultimate Member Form Entries is a one-time **$35** payment that includes lifetime extension updates and email support, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee.

### What Ultimate Member and WordPress versions are required?

Ultimate Member Form Entries requires Ultimate Member 2.8 or newer, WordPress 6.2 or newer, and PHP 7.4 or newer. Version 1.0.0 is tested with WordPress 6.8.
